Imagine feeling relaxed, calm and confident...
as you nurture your baby or child, gently and safely, with respect for their needs as you balance your own.
You don't have to imagine - or beat yourself up with feelings of guilt and self doubt - you have the power within you to be exactly the parent you want to be. I have helped thousands of parents just like you, to seize this power and nurture with confidence and joy. And I can help you:
- Prepare for breastfeeding your newborn baby so you can get breastfeeding of to the best start; trouble shoot and solve breastfeeding problems such as painful breastfeeding, low breastmilk supply, breast refusal, breastfeeding after surgery, expressing and storing breastmilk; how to manage breastfeeding and working; and how to wean your breastfeeding baby gradually, with love.
- Encourage your baby to sleep safely and naturally, without resorting to baby sleep training techniques such as controlled crying, cry it out techniques of any sort, or inappropriate feeding and sleeping routines that may result in unnecessary distress and tears (for you and your baby), compromise your baby's health and development or adversely affect your relationship with your baby.
- Enjoy this precious but intense time with your newborn baby, your growing baby or your toddler, through personalised in-home or phone consultations, my best-selling baby care books and parenting resources, and my Parenting By Heart Mummy Member and Mummy Mentor support programs.
Together, we can work it out because ....

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your seminar yesterday morning! I've been so stressed about all the mixed advice I've been reading that I haven't even had time to enjoy my little girl. I feel so much more relaxed and I'm now comfortable to just go with the flow and follow my instincts to nurture my baby when she needs me.
My husband was so happy last night because it’s the first night in a long time he's come home to a smiling wife rather than a stressed, teary one!
Last night I used your suggestions and she slept soundly for 11 hours in total. Definitely a first!
With Thanks,

My sisters and girlfriends are all enjoying our babies and toddlers but do struggle sometimes. When we know one of us is struggling, we simply text each other “PINKY” to remind us to reread yoiur books, to remind us we are doing a great job and get your wealth of knowledge and reassurance.

Hey Pinky, I have your book "Sleeping Like a Baby" and love it, it was a god send and affirmed that all the things I were doing as a first time Mum were right for my baby, depsite the wealth of 'helpful' advice that got thrown at me (like my MIL telling me on my first mother’s day that I was spoiling my two week old by picking him up when he cried!! #$%&! ). Now that I have a very independant 1 yo, I've recently bought "Toddler Tactics" and am part way through it and I love it, cant wait to make a cuppa and sit down with it again tonight. I just wanted to say thanks - the confidence your wisdom instils in new Mums is parenting gold and has enhanced my abilities as a Mum and my happy, giggly, fun loving and cuddle giving son is all the proof I need show certain people that "Thanks, but no thanks for your 'well meaning' advice" :)
